| Suffolks are a breed of draft horse whose ancestors originated in Suffolk County, England. We raise and train Suffolk horses here at Rimrock Cove and we do a lot of our farm work with them. We believe that the use of work horses on a small farm is more economical and less detrimental to the environment. We also find it more enjoyable.
